Real Estate Purchase Support

$550.00 ~

We aim to provide a one-stop solution for acquiring real estate in Japan especially in the Kyoto area.

*Please note that we cannot act as an agent or intermediary in real estate transactions, because we're not licensed real estate brokers

Selection of Real Estate Agents

In collaboration with our partner companies, we carefully select and introduce certified real estate agents. We also handle interpretation and translation services as part of our support offerings.

Contract Signing Assistance

On the day of the property contract, we act as interpreters during the signing process. In some cases, you or a designated representative may need to visit the broker's office in person.

Property Viewing Support

$320.00 ~

We accompany you to property viewings to ensure you have the best possible experience before making a purchase in Japan. While we can handle viewings on your behalf, nothing compares to seeing the property for yourself.

Building Inspection

$920.00 ~

Before purchasing a property, we arrange for an inspection to clarify the condition of the building and the extent of any necessary renovations.  This is particularly important for older wooden houses, which may have termite damage or broken pipes. Additional inspections may be required after purchase to fully evaluate the property in Japan.
