Absentee Property Management

We ensure your peace of mind while you are away by managing your property in Japan especially in the Kyoto area. This includes mail collection, ventilation, and cleaning, with local staff visiting the property.

Basic Cleaning

We remove fallen leaves and trash from your front porch to reduce the risk of theft or other criminal activity.

Mail Collection and Forwarding

Once a week, we receive and report mail addressed to you. Forwarding services are also available upon request (additional postage fees apply).

Facility Inspections

We check for abnormalities both inside and outside the property, reporting any emergencies and responding immediately if needed. Ventilating the interior helps prevent property deterioration caused by Japan’s high humidity.

Cleaning Services

Professional cleaning staff provide comprehensive cleaning services, including floors, water areas, bed-making, and waste disposal in Japan.

Floor Cleaning

We clean all flooring types, including traditional Japanese tatami mats.

Water Area Cleaning

We clean kitchens, bathrooms, washrooms, and toilets.

Waste Disposal

We dispose of cleaning-related waste and any pre-specified trash according to local regulations.
